University of Roehampton – Phase 1
Working with Volker Fitzpatrick and Rivingtonstreetstudio architects AAS were contracted to supply all of the fabric absorption rafts, baffles and wall panels to the refurbishment of the Harvey building at university of Roehampton.
This involved supply in excess of 1300 individual fabric panels to classrooms, lecture theatres, recording studios and common areas throughout the building.
AAS also designed and installed 150 mm thick ceiling rafts and wall panels to the cinema and film studios.
The completed installation was then tested and passed the reverberation time criteria set out in the design brief, and the success of the whole project was proven in the fact AAS have been awarded phase two to start in early 2020
